I stand by the fact that I always say rain on your wedding day doesn’t mean shit. You’re getting marrrrried!! You’re in love, you’ve found your soul mate, your family and friends are surrounding you with support and love and generosity, and you’re about to have the best day of your life despite Mother Nature being a douche. Luck? no… you’ve got all the luck you need. Now, as for Shannon and Rob… it rained quite a bit on their wedding day. Aside from the rain, apparently Rob almost didn’t have a suit for the big day, their small french bulldog was hit by a car (he’s okay :)) a day before their wedding, and then about 90 minutes before the start of their ceremony an 18 wheeled Michelob Ultra truck, like a dick, drove right off the side of the Zakim bridge causing 93% of their guests to be about an hour late. I don’t know if this means Shannon and Rob will have good luck from this day on, but they sure as hell have some good karma coming their way. No one at this wedding would have a clue that any of this happened. They had an absolute ball. If everyone in the room wasn’t some kind of professional dancer than they were some kind of professional drinker, and I’m not one to play favorites. So much fun, so much love. We can’t thank you guys enough. love and miss you already.
